About Echeveria Joselrin(4 inch)
Echeveria Joselrin is a relatively rare succulent plant. Its leaves are thin and rounded, tightly arranged in a rosette formation. The color of the leaves is blue-green with red tips. The leaves have a powdery coating called farina, giving them a misty appearance.
How to care for Echeveria Joselrin(4 inch)
Sun/Temperature: Echeveria Joselrin thrives in temperatures ranging from 60°F to 80°F. It is not tolerant of low temperatures, and temperatures below 40°F necessitate indoor cultivation. During hot summers, shading may be necessary to prevent sunburn on the leaves.
Soil/Watering: Use well-draining succulent-specific soil or a mixture of sandy gravel soil. Water only when the soil is arid. Watering once a week is sufficient during the growing season (spring to fall). Reduce watering frequency in winter to avoid root rot due to excessive moisture.
Propagation: Leaf cuttings or offsets can propagate Echeveria Joselrin. Take intact leaves and allow the wounds to heal before gently placing them on moist soil, lightly burying them, and keeping the soil moist until roots develop. Alternatively, wait for offsets to form, then separate and replant them.
Fertilization: During the growing season (spring to fall), fertilize with diluted succulent-specific fertilizer once a month. Avoid over-fertilizing to prevent excessive growth and softening of the leaves. Stop fertilizing in winter to allow the plant to rest.
